Shipping & Delivery

1. How much does shipping cost? We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase is required.

2. How long will it take to receive my order? Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, the estimated delivery time to the United States is 7–10 business days. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your package is on its way.

3. Do you ship internationally? Currently, Estilo Shop focuses exclusively on serving customers within the United States to ensure the best possible service and delivery experience.

4. Where is my order? You can track your order using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. If your tracking number hasn’t updated in a few days, don’t worry—international tracking often updates once the package reaches a major sorting hub or clears customs.

5. Which payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure payment methods displayed at checkout.

6. Can I change or cancel my order? We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at support@estilo-shop.com before 08:00 PM (EST) on the day of your purchase. Once an order is processed, we cannot make changes.

Returns & Refunds

7. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Please contact us for a return authorization before sending any items back.

8. How do I start a return? Simply email us at support@estilo-shop.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with the correct return instructions. Please do not send returns to our administrative addresses in Canada or the Netherlands.

9. When will I receive my refund? Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method.

Products & Sizing

10. How do I know which size to pick? Since we source unique styles globally, sizing can sometimes vary. We recommend checking the size chart provided on the product page or ordering one size up if you are between sizes for a more comfortable fit.

11. What if my item is damaged? We’re sorry to hear that! Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 24 hours at support@estilo-shop.com with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
