1. Returns

  • Window: You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
  • Process: To initiate a return, contact us at support@estilo-shop.com. Do not send items back to the manufacturer or the registered business address without prior approval.
  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. However, if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, Estilo Shop will cover the return shipping costs.

2. Return Conditions To be eligible for a full refund, items must be:

  • In original packaging with all tags attached (essential for fashion).
  • Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
  • Free from scents, stains (including makeup), or pet hair.
  • Note: If items are returned in a condition that prevents resale, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or deny the return.

3. Exchanges & Cancellations We accept exchanges and order changes. However, due to our rapid processing, you must contact us before our daily cut-off time of 08:00 PM (EST/GMT-5). Once an order has been processed by our warehouse, it cannot be canceled or modified.

4. Refunds

  • Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days.
  • Method: Funds will be credited back to your original payment method.
  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.

5. Responsibility & Shipping Issues

  • Address Changes: Contact us immediately at support@estilo-shop.com for address updates. Changes are not guaranteed once an order is in process.
  • Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or refusal of delivery, we reserve the right to deduct original shipping and return costs from the refund.
  • Damages: Please inspect your order within 24 hours of delivery and report any issues immediately.
