2. Processing & Handling Time

We work hard to get your order ready as quickly as possible.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • Note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

3. Transit & Delivery Time

Because we curate our fashion items from specialized international warehouses to offer you the best prices and styles, our transit times are as follows:

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7–10 business days.
  • Total Delivery Window: Usually between 8–13 business days from the moment you place your order.
  • Please Note: Delivery times are estimates. While we aim for punctuality, delays may occasionally occur due to courier peak seasons, weather conditions, or customs processing.

4. Order Tracking

Stay informed every step of the way. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey in real-time.

5. Delivery Responsibility

  • Accuracy: The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Estilo Shop is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
  • Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete address or failure to collect from a pickup location, additional reshipping fees may apply.
  • Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.) that are outside of our direct control.

6. Damages & Issues

If your package arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
